Our Manufacturing Process

CUTTING
At our Cutting Department, we employ both traditional and modern methods. This includes creating a marker directly on the fabric as well as utilizing GGT markers. The decision on which approach to use is based on factors such as the design requirements and the need to optimize time.
STITCHING
Our stitching machines are all computerized, allowing for not only accurate stitching but also cost effectiveness through the utilization of minimal power while being operated by our skilled seamstresses
WASHING
We have a comprehensive setup for washing, where we prioritize the use of non-toxic dyes in our washing procedures. Our selection of dyes is exclusively limited to those approved by Oeko-tex standards
FINISHING
We maintain rigorous quality control checks throughout our production process, with particular emphasis on our finishing department. Our adherence to the AQL 2.5 standard ensures that our customers can rely on us to deliver only the finest quality products. Additionally, we provide both custom and industry-standard packing options to cater to our customers’ individual preferences.
